Crystal is deeply passionate about both people and the environment.
In July, she was invited to participate in a dialogue as a delegate for Libertas International at the United Nations in Austria, where she discussed the need for quicker responses to human trafficking involving children. Crystal is also a member of the education advisory committee for the city of North Las Vegas, appointed by Mayor Lee and subsequently reappointed by Mayor Pamela Goynes Brown.
Her board memberships include positions on the boards of HomeAid of Southern Nevada, Junior Achievement, Libertas International, and Nevada contractors association. As a founding member of Henderson Women for Good, Crystal also acts as a Court-Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for Clark County Family Court. Her work aims to eliminate poverty through education, workforce development, and creating opportunities for all.

Crystal is committed to making a difference in the lives of others every day and often says, “Kindness is contagious and free; we should spend our time sharing it with others.” In her spare time, she enjoys writing children's stories for her children and grandchildren.
